Did you do multiple layers? I did my grill and my rear badges with about 6 layers sprayed half an hour apart and it looks pretty great.

I did 2 layers on the front, wiped it off and restarted, and did 3 layers on both about 15 minutes apart. It's not that they look particularly bad. It's just that I need to clean up around it a little more.

Nice! Depending on how long ago you finished the last coat, it should look better with a little time.

Use a toothpick to pick out tricky over spray.

It looks like you might of been too heavy on the coats judging by the runs I see on the masking tape.5-6 super thin layers will have much better results than 2 heavy coats 30 mins between coats really helps too.

Regardless it looks like it still turned out ok.

Thanks man! Yeah. That pic was taken about an hour and a half after the last coat.

Thanks man :) if I redo it (which I may very well redo the back soon) ill do multiple think layers instead and wait longer.

Cool, if you ever get tired of it you could always dip them red to match the Si. That with gunmetal wheels... Amazing

Red emblems and wheels was actually my original idea. But I decided on black to streamline the look and accentuate the Si badge. Also, I can't do red wheels because I have those white stickers on the side of my car and it would make the side a triple color and I think that might be one bridge too far lol

Ah I see. You could always go white for the wheels, although that's pretty ballsy for nova. It wouldn't last very long haha. Black and gunmetal just always look good to me, that with red and white emblems on the wheel would look great, kind of like a BBS badge color scheme

I wanna do white because all of the Type-Rs got white wheels in other markets. I know it's not the same thing, but it would be brand correct lol

It would still look awesome. This guy near me has a black RSX with white wheels, looks great in person.

Is it hard to use? I wanted to do the middle of my hood and possibly the chrome on my truck this summer.

It's really easy actually. The hardest part is being patient. It requires a lot of waiting. Coats take literally 30-45 seconds, and then you're waiting 20-30 minutes between them. But if you tape off well and take the care, it's really easy. The stuff actually self trims when your doing small pieces.

10-4, thanks. The good about it is if I don't like it I can peel it off.
